  2. This is a very easy to follow cook book with some tasty recipes. A good reference for scout leaders for camp out cooking.


  3. This is a very good cookbook, and believe me, I've owned a few. I bought this one as a gift for my son, who loves to hunt and fish. The only thing that raised my eyebrows was the number of different spices a lot of the recipes called for. I don't know how you camp, or how big your cabin or camper is, but most of the time, space is limited. However, do not let that deter you from trying these recipes. Just know that you can still make very good food with it, without every one of the spices it calls for!

  1. I have fallen in love with this cook book. Right now hamburger is the cheapest meat to purchase, but looking for creative recipes gets a bit slim. A friend lent us this book and after being amazed at all the different recipes I knew I had to find one. So I looked and found it, of course, on Amazon. Great cook book for starting out as well.
