- Emma Showalter's Mennonite Community Cookbook is a classic in Lancaster County, PA and surrounding areas. Fabulous "country cooking" from the PA Dutch Country..and is great. I purchased this paperback as a gift for someone in Colorado. It is a smaller version of the hardback but has the basic great recipes.
