  1. The recipes look great, lots of colour photos, including some depicting cooking procedures. As stated, the recipes have been adapted to the Western kitchen, so that ingredients can be found locally. I have another African cookbook that, though very nice, is difficult to use due to the unavailability of many of the ingredients.


  2. i love the book especially because of the pictures. the delivery was fast and the condition of the book was as promised.
