- Like that other kid said before, I'd like to know what that Spanish song is - I was looking forward to that being one there. If anyone could help me out, I'd love it. The songs awesome!
- The spanish song is "Son Suenos" by David Barragan. At least that's the only spanish song I could find listed in the credits.
I like the movie, and I like the soundtrack. "Child Stars" is a wonderfully funny song, and worth the price of the disc by itself.
- J. Brett:
it's missing a good song from the movie and I need to know where I'd be able to find it. It's the song that Webster comes out to in the celebrity boxing match. Somebody let me know what it's called!
It's called Ante Up (Robbin Hoodz Theory). It's on the You Got Served Soundtrack.
- I liked the movie far more than I thought that I would. Part of the reason was the great music. A plus was getting to hear "Flagpole Sitta" by Harvey Danger. But a big minus on this CD is the omission of Dickie's signature song - Christopher Cross' "Ride Like the Wind". That song is played three times and plays an important role in Dickie's life - most notably when he uses it to help Sally get a spot on the pep squad. Other than that, this has alot of great songs and I adore "Child Stars" which is a great "We are the World" parody.
If you liked the movie, this CD is worth picking up.
- If there's one thing I can't stand more it's when the signature song of a movie is left out of the soundtrack. This happens way too often. Why? I suspect it has something to do with big business. The Man is always ruining things for US. Thanks to the movie, though, for reminding me of this great classic song. Would've been a classic soundtrack too. Oh well. 'Flagpole Sitta' is a great song and the rest of the album is above average. 3 stars.

- finally, someone who is willing to talk about the world truthfully, kicking political correctness to the curb and attacking hypocrisy head-on. if you become offended easily, then bobby slayton is definitely not for you. if you like caustic social comedy that attacks every aspect of how rediculous we are, then bobby slayton delivers, hilariously.
- I've seen this guy in person. He's hysterical!-He knows how to touch on all aspects of everyday life including the "taboo" racial stuff--but somehow he knows how to do it without offending--Highly recommended!!!!
- The first time I ever heard Bobby Slaton was on the radio in the car. I had to pull over because I was laughing so hard. I have also seen his performance in person. Bobby Slaton says what we all think and are too afraid to say. Brilliantly insightful, truthful and risk-taking, he doesn't use profanity or "off-color" humor in an effort to shock or for lack of imagination like so many other comedians; rather, he instead provides a cutting commentary on life today. Forget the world of "politically correct" for one hour, do yourself a favor and purchase this album. Caution: have plenty of Kleenex on hand - you'll laugh till you cry!
- It is a tragedy that this is now out of print! I found the CD used and loved it; I had planned to buy a bunch and send it to my friends.
I've been a fan of Slayton since his Alex Bennett days. He has a talent for pushing the PC edge; at times, one wonders whether you should be laughing at this material, but it is so funny you can't help yourself. The key to humor, as Slayton so aptly shows, is simply to tell the truth about uncomfortable subjects.
- Bobby Slayton's Raging Bully Beats up everybody with laughter laughter laughter. If you can't laugh at yourself then don't buy this, use the money for therapy. 60 minutes of laughter right to the last question Bobby asks.
