Schizoid Ramblings

Byron Perkins was released from prison to donate a kidney to his dying son. He was released on a $10,000 unsecured bond (he didn’t have to put up any money). He was released without an ankle bracelet because doctors said it might interfere with the tests. Perkins was facing MINIMUM 25 years in prison. Guess what! He ran, and was last seen living it up with his girlfriend in Mexico!

Here are few ideas:
1) Have the doctors come to the prison for the tests, and donation.
2) Have him wear the ankle bracelet until it is time for the tests. then take it off (while guarded).
3) Have a SECURED BOND!
4) Send armed guards to be with the prisoner at all times he is out!

DUH!

It is my personal believe that when people take off in cases like these, the judge should be held accountable! The judge should be immediately taken to jail to stay out Perkin’s prison term, or until Perkins is recaptured! This would make judges seriously consider whether someone is a flight risk or not!
I noticed that I have not seen the dumbass judge’s name in any of the articles about this. I would have posted it here along with a picture.

On David Letterman’s show Hoffman said:

“The director of the film (Bennett Miller) and I went to college together and the writer (Dan Futterman) of the film, we all met when we were 16.

“We had this friend at the time, Steven, and we all made this drunken pact that if one of us ever won the Academy Award, that we would bark the whole acceptance speech.

“The thing is you can’t just bark, you have to bark until they pull you off (the stage). Let’s hope I don’t have to get up there.”

But Hoffman apparently chickened out! He claimed it never crossed his mind until he was practically off stage.

“I lost all control over my bowels up there. I thought maybe I’d bark up there for my friends … but I was swimming in my head,” he said. The pressure leading to the award announcement is “not the most comfortable environment.”

Philip Seymour Hoffman is a coward and welched on his bet! Not cool!

Comedy Central gave Dave Chappelle a $50 million dollar contract for his show “Chappelle’s Show”. That is frigging huge! What does Dave do? He freaks out, and runs off to Africa claiming he is stressed out, and can’t deal with the pressure. Comedy Central patiently waits for him to come back. He does come back, but says he doesn’t know if he will return to the show. Comedy Central patiently waits. Comedy Central makes plans to air some of the stuff that had been filmed before Chappelle left. Chappelle says that if they air the material, that he may not come back: “But I think if they air that stuff, I can’t see how I’m going to be able to”. But he hasn’t made any moves to come back in the first place. But Comedy Central patiently waits. “We are still waiting patiently for Dave to return to work, but we know that our viewers are looking forward to seeing the material he produced for the third season,” Comedy Central said in a written statement. Dave Chappelle has a movie coming out “Dave Chappelle’s Block Party”, and has been doing stand up. Comedy Central still waits. Give it up Comedy Central! Chappelle signed a $50 million dollar contract, then immediatly breached it! Sue him! Take all his money, and put him in the poor house already! Take the money he is getting for his movie. It is downright ridiculous that he signs a contract, but then never fullfills it, but meantime is off working on other stuff and playing all of these games. Sue him! Sue him! Sue him!
