I can’t help but think while watching Johnny Weir on TV that somewhere, someone is also watching Johnny Weir on TV. And that person is smiling and thinking to themselves…I used to beat that kid up. I know in my schools, a weird kid like Johnny Weir that figure skated and wore sequined costumes, would have gotten his butt kicked pretty much every day.
Every time I see Olympic figure skater Emily Hughes, I think, man, she really looks like Alyson Hannigan. I would love to see Emily at some point during an interview throw in “One time at bandcamp…”.
He is a spammer! He has made millions as a parasite, a scum sucking leech, a maggot! His two main companies called AdsCPM and CPM Media appear to be associated with spam, pop-up/under ads, spyware and adware. He should be spit on, not given medals! He sits back forcing his viagra, and enlargment popups on us, while the money rolls in. Then he can spend his time skiing, while the rest of us spend our time deleting his spam emails!
Michael Morales was convicted 25 years ago for torturing, raping and murdering a 17-year-old girl. He was sentenced to death. After countless appeals, and legal plays, it was finally his turn. Everything was set. They had a couple of doctors on hand that AGREED to be there in case something went wrong. The two doctors then back out! So after being convicted by a jury, sentenced, and given due process in various courts, he death penalty was basically overturned by doctors! The two doctors who agreed, and then backed out, should be sued for damages! All this because of a small chance poor Michael Morales MIGHT feel some pain if something went very wrong with the execution. What about the pain he inflicted on 17 year old Terri Winchell as he TORTURED, and RAPED her, and then finally KILLED her? Terri Winchell would be around 42 years old today. She might have had children. But that was taken away from her by Morales! Morales has spent 25 years in prison avoiding his death by lethal injection. 25 YEARS! That is longer than Terri Winchell’s entire life! Now because the doctors agreed and then backed out shortly before the dead line for execution, leaving them no time to find replacements, it looks like Morales may avoid the death penalty. Since when have a couple doctors been able to overturn 25 years of due process in the courts? That is just not right!
With the discovery of the blood doping materials, and the presence of Walter Mayer at the games, suspicion is throw on the entire Ausrian team. Mayer was banned from the Olympics following his alleged involvment with blood doping at the 2002 Olympics in Salt Lake City. Yet here he was in Torino hanging out with the Austrian team. He was not officially part of the team, but appeared in a team photo, and actually stayed in the athlete quarters for a night. His room was filled with blood doping equipment including unlabeled drugs and a blood transfusion machine. And an Austrian athlete threw a bag out of a window that contained needles and drugs (probably during a raid). And Austria’s ski federation president, Peter Schroecksnadel, has the gall to be incensed by the continued scrutiny. Get over it Peter, you are probably as guilty as Walter Mayer!
Frankly, I think the entire team should be tested before and after every single event.
