Judge Colleen McMahon convicted Samuel Israel III of cheating clients out of $300 million. Yet she leaves him out to report to prison on his own for a 20 year sentence. Surprise, surprise, he doesn’t show up. They find his car on a bridge with a message of “suicide is painless” scrawled in the dust on the hood. They haven’t found his body. It appears he attempted to fake his own death.
Judge Colleen McMahon should be charged with aiding in a fellon’s avoiding prison. I believe in cases like these, the judges that let to people excape through stupidity, should be placed in prison to serve the people’s sentences until the people are located. Maybe then they would be a little more careful about letting CONVICTED fellons roam free.
I was reading in the news about a Lebanon, IN police dog named Erik that attacked a mailman named Joe Luckey. The attack was completely unprovoked. And this is not my opinion. Even the police department says the attacked was unprovoked.
The dog has been suspended from police duty. They are going to have the dog checked for medical problems.
As much respect as I have for police officers, and police dogs, this dog should be destroyed. If this had been someones pet, and had attacked an innocent person as viciously as this completely unprovoked, the dog would be put down. The fact that this is a police dog shouldn’t alter the case.
I hope Jim Luckey gets a sizable settlement from the Lebanon police department. I have seen pictures of his face, and he got pretty chewed up. The guy is probably lucky to be alive!!!!

I dumped a bunch of mp3’s onto my computer, and have been listening to them. A wide variety: Abba to Garry Glitter to King Missile to Little River Band to Kid Rock to Yngwie Malmsteen. I have small handfull of mp3’s by Sarah Slean that I haven’t listened to in a while. I am really getting into them. I think I might pick up a CD or two. The couple songs that I have that I like the best are Eliot, and Playing Cards With Judas. Her music reminds me a little of Tori Amos. I visited her website, and in a few of the pictures, she looks vaguely like Paris Hilton. Not sure if she was trying for that look, or if she actually looks vaguely like Paris Hilton. Maybe if she ever gets down to Rochester, NY, I will go see her in concert.

I have never been a big fan of Anna Nicole Smith, but I have been aware of who she was. I think it was great that she was modelling, and was a Playboy Playmate without being one of those rail thin women. She just seemed to have this tragic life. Being married to an old guy, and having him die, and then spedning the rest of her life fighting for part of his estate. Her weight gain. Having a new born baby, only to have her son die an accidental death. Having two men claining to be the fathers of her new born daughter. Fighting a paternaty lawsuit. Being sued for representing a diet pill manufacturer. Trouble just seemed to followed her. Then to die at 39. Apparently they found a large amount of prescription drugs in her hotel room. Suicide? They are dioing an autopsy today. What ever the cause of her death, it seemed like hers was a sad life. I hope she has finally found peace.
Wesley Snipes has been indicted on charges of tax fraud for fraudulently claiming tax refunds of almost $12 million. An arrest warrant has been issued. He has also not filed federal income tax returns from 1999 through 2004. C’mon Wesley Snipes, you have made a lot of money, you need to pay your fair share!
Apparently Snipes is filming in Namibia, a country that coincidentally has no extradition to the United States.
I have always been a fan of his movies. But this really ticks me off! So until Snipes comes back to take responsibility, avoid watching movies with Wesley Snipes! Don’t buy or rent his movies. Don’t even watch them on TV! Don’t put any more money into his pockets until he
