1. I ordered this item on Dec 13th and it was supposedly shipped on Dec 13th with anticipated receipt by Dec 23th. The order had not arrived by Dec 24th, a first in all of my dealings with Amazon sellers, so I emailed the seller, Galaxy Army Navy, to determine where my order was. The seller responded, "This item was sold out and the order was canceled on Dec 15." I redponded that the seller's response was "TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE - How can you SHIP something on the 13th that is out of stock then CANCEL on the 15th?" The seller did not respond to my question but did say that "The product ordered was in stock, picked and label printed and than found to be wrong upon checking." I am not sure what that meant but the same email offered a 10% discount if I made a subsequent order "to show our effort to resolve the problem."
   
   Christmas was Dec 25th so I am not certain how a 10% discount can come close to resolving the fact that I made a timely order, the seller said it was shipped, I was not notified that the item was out of stock until I inquired about the order, and my husband did not receive the gift that he wanted for Christmas.
   
   Based on my experience with Galaxy Army Navy, I will never order from them again and suggest all potential buyers to beware. Although their email indicated that size 6XL is no longer in stock and they now only offer up to size 5XL, their Amazon site shows that 6XL is "IN STOCK: [...]
   
   This is DECEPTIVE.



2. My painter is not actually homeless but lives a survivor existance in the woods. He was very pleased with it so I don't think you could find a better judge.

1. I received this coat for Christmas and I absolutely LOVE it! Great fit, beautiful pattern too. I usually wear a size 8 in most clothes but I received this in a size 6 and it will work well for me. If I were to wear a very bulky sweater underneath it might be a little tight but I am in TX so this coat is just fine. It appears to be well made and I'm certain I won't see everyone else wearing the same thing. HIGHLY recommend....especially now that it's on sale!



2. I purchased this coat for my daughter. I bought a size 6. When it arrived and she tried it on, it was huge. I thought of returning it for a 4, but decided to try it on, just for the heck of it. It fit perfectly! But I take a size 10 (sometimes an 8, but not as frequently as I'd like!). So now I have a new winter coat for Christmas. Also, it is a nice coat for southern winters. If you're up north, I'd go for something a bit more heavy. Sleeves have a nice flare which doesn't show well in the photo and the fabric's pattern is subtle.

1. It's not as nice as i expected from the picture, but perhaps the size makes a difference. smaller sizes always look nicer in print. in any event, it's a very nice mocha brown color, and it's pretty warm.



2. I was very pleased with the coat. It is durable and fitted. The quality also appears exceptional.
