2. i've had three pairs of these glasses so far, not because they arent designed to perfection, but i am a very stupid person and i keep breakin of scrathing them, these glasses are the premium choice and plus they are very inexpensive, they are fulll mirror just like it says and they look great, i would highly recommend these glasses to an aviator lover, plus when im flyin my plane i look like im in the airforce :)



3. These glasses were a replacement gift for a friend who had lost his other pair. I was hoping to find the exact same kind and I did; My friend couldn't believe it. The glasses also came in a nice little black pouch, so it was perfect as a gift.

1. These are great glasses especially when in the bright sunlight, they really cut out the sun that makes me squint otherwise. It was a good purchase, thank you.



2. These were well packaged and easy to return if you want to give them a try. My hat size is small and these were much too tight. They are well made though. Also, the "case" is a thin fabric bag, not really a case.



3. Got them today great pair of glasses. Very sturdy and good looking. Only thing is when you put them on they are so dark you could probably stair into the sun with them and be ok.



4. These sunglasses look awesome and they come with a case, what a great deal. I love how they are darker than any other pair i have and they are quite sturdy. Delivery was very prompt.

5. These glasses are humongous. Usually most glasses fit and look well on my face, but these are the largest things I ever put on. I ended up giving them to a friend, and they look good on him. They also felt a bit stiff. I wonder how long they would have lasted. You get what you pay for, even though I've gotten better glasses for less cash.

1. I bought these in 2006 and they were surprisingly extremely sturdy. They fit well on my face and I've dropped them, stepped on them shut them in my car door and they barely bent. they finally broke today at the hinge and i will be buying another pair for sure. Great bargain.

If not abused these glasses last fine but the clear flaw in the design is that the lens are set so low thast when you put them on your face its like looking out of a set of bifocals where half the day is night and the top half a sunny afternoon. A great buy if you always point your eyes at the floor.



5. First of all I think these glasses look fantastic. They did look a bit flimsy when I got them and I thought they wouldn't make it through the summer. Most of all because I've never owned a pair that has. I guess I'm a bit rough. However, its been about 6 or 7 months now and these things are still going strong. The lenses seem pretty resistant to scratching. Oh yeah and all for just $10 I think its an excellent buy. When I got the shipment in the mail it came with a coupon for 2 more pair for $10. Close in style but not identical. Since I thought these weren't going to last and it was a heck of a deal I bought the two more.

1. They look great, but did get a little bent after normal use. And I lost the cloth bag they came in almost immediately.



2. It not that they're bad sunglasses to protect your eyes, but when they come, they are all bent somewhat and they all fit differently.

   Buying them in the 3-Packs saves $$$!
   
   - Classic aviator style, regular shape/size.
   
   - The mirrored lenses are cool, because they protect and reflect.
   
   - The color makes attracts wandering eyes, but they can't see your eyes.
   
   I've only gotten positive remarks about this product!

1. The eyegalsses look great in thte picture. But it is cheap and break easily. It is made from cheap plastic and not durable. Don't waste your money.

3. The style of these glasses is fine and they're more comfortable than other glasses I've bought. The lenses are just AWFUL!...Makes you feel like your eyes are crossed due to the difference in lenses. Spend more, buy better. I know I will :-)



4. For the price the item is decent. However, closer inspection shows numerous imperfections. The lenses are not aligned quite rightly on the frame and they always look crooked on my face.. Putting all that aside the real issue is the pool visual clarity with these glasses. I got the black, and unless its really bright and the sun is behind me I either have really dark obscured vision or a ton of glare from sunlight reflecting off the lenses. I thought a good deal for sub $10 price, but now I need new glasses so I'm $10 worse off.
   These are probably good as driving glasses for very bright sunlight where noone can see them too closely... you'll still have the vision issues.



5. These sunglasses look like a top rate pair but at a fraction of the price you'd expect to pay. Very nice looking metal frames and spring hinges which allow for a perfect fit. I love these so much I bought 4 pairs.

1. A++++ service I love my Ray Ban, this is my 3rd pair, they hold up great with 2 kids, and the pets. I usually end up losing them. I had Maui Jim, Bolla, Oakly and Arnette. Nobody beats Ray Ban



2. for me, these are the best wayfarers. the 2140s and the 2113s i just dont like as much. these are very comfortable and durable. i got these because i like the fact that you can wear them with any out fit at any occasion. they are the perfect style and are maid by the best company. the shipping took about 4 days as opposed to most other places taking for days before they even ship out of the shop. i skateboard so i like a pair of sunglasses that fit really good and tight yet are still comfortable wich these are. i would say that these are my favorite sunglasses in the world. i got the black with green lenses because they look great.



3. This model by Bay Ban is so beautifully designed and manufactured that I have come to experience a need for them on all ocassions. I cannot do without them....



4. The postwar space age-era design of Ray-Ban Wayfarers has never gone out of style. I prefer the tortoise frame with non-polarized green/grayish lenses, instead of black frames, to stay clear of the "Jake Blues" or 'Tom Cruise in "Risky Business"' look. (But Cary Grant, Audrey Hepburn, James Dean, Roy Orbison, John Lennon, Kim Novak, JFK, Elvis Costello and Deborah Harry are good company.)
   
   Green lenses are great for driving and are free of visible distortion, as you would expect from Ray-Bans. Cheap copies do not provide this. Reduction of glare is ample, with minimal disruption of color.
   
   The fit is more dressy than sporty: somewhat clunky but not uncomfortable, and over the temples, gentler than expected. The hinges are intended to allow the stems to overextend slightly, and the manufacturer includes what appears to be a spring catch not resistant enough to snap. I decided not to try to tighten these as I became used to the fit.
   
   Consider a larger frame than 50mm if your body type or hat size warrants it, such as the Wayfarer II frame, as this 50mm Wayfarer model will appear too small on big and tall men.
   
   Purchasing from a reputable sunglass retailer by online auction undercuts huge retail markup (about 40%, or over $50.00 for me) on name brand sunglasses, online and in the mall, if you know exactly what you are looking for by color, size and model number. Consistently solid buyer feedback in the thousands will protect against counterfeiting.

2. This is my first time buying anything like this on-line. These glasses were a present for my husband. I was concerned about the quality and the authenticity of the the glasses since I couldn't actually see them, and wasn't familiar with the company. Well...I will buy all my eyewear from this company from now on! Delivery was unbelievable! I was quoted an estimated delivery of 5-10 days and received the glasses in two days! 4. Fist of all, Paris Miki is an excellent company. My order shipped right away; No shipping fee was added to the price; and the order was shipped UPS 2 day air! For free!
   
   As for the glasses, they are exactly what they have always been. Though it is not specified in the "fine print," I believe these are the "standard" size wayfarers. I only have one minor complaint... Why oh why must there be white lettering on one of the lenses. Ray Ban is clearly spelled out along the folding arms of the frame. But the manufacturer seems to find it necessary to add white lettering which says "ray ban p" right on the gee dee lens. I wanted all black glasses. Oh well, I'm still wearing them. And they still look as cool as ever.
   
   One other thing to add. These glasses have a spring hinge in the folding arms. While this is a nice touch, the springs hinges are larger than the standard hinge I remember circa 1987.
   
   One last note: the polarized lenses are definitely worth the extra money. Road glare is greatly reduced while driving.

   These glasses have gotten me numerous comments/compliments. I have worn them every day since I purchased them. But... I need to clarify something for the potential buyer. The polarized lenses are good and they are the same dark green color as the 'g 15 xlt' lenses of most ray ban glasses. But I actually decided to look for another pair without polarized lenses because polarization causes some issues when I use them with my camera with a polarizing filter. So, even though I had such good luck with paris miki, I paid a little more for my second pair at a mall chain store because I wanted to be able to test out the glasses before purchase.
   
   Well, I learned more than I ever thought I would about wayfarers.
   
   First off, the frames that I purchased from paris miki say rb 2113 on the inside of one of the arms. Turns out that I actually prefer a different model which says rb 2140 on the inside of one of the arms. rb 2140's are Ray Ban's new "original wayfarers." The differences are perhaps somewhat subtle, but I think they are worth mentioning.
   
   rb 2113's (the ones I purchased from paris miki) have slightly shorter arms which don't quite make it far enough behind my ears. rb2140's go back far enough.
   
   rb 2113's have spring hinges which seem to prevent a tight enough fit. rb 2140's have standard hinges.
   
   rb2113's are slightly less "blocky" with a little less plastic around the front of the lenses and a slightly narrower opening around the nose. rb 2140's are (slightly) more "square" and even have wider metal bits in the front.
   
   No one who sees these two different styles on your head is likely to tell them apart, but, at least for me, the "original" wayfarers are more comfortable and less prone to sliding down my nose when I sweat. And, though subtle, I prefer the styling of the "original" wayfarer.
   
   I'm still gonna wear the polarized pair when I go near water or snow though.
   
   One last note: these glasses are available in at least two different sizes--50mm and 54mm. I believe that this measurement is the height of the lenses. I far prefer the 50mm size, which is what I bought both times. But I would recommend going to a store and testing out both before ordering online.

5. It's pretty hard to go wrong with a proven company like Ray Ban, and my Wayfarer Sunglasses were just what I expected - a well-made and attractive product. The fact that they look absolutely cool on me is beside the point. My fiancee was so enamored of my Wayfarers that she immediately ordered her own pair; she looks even cooler than me. The customer service from the vendor was also first rate.
   Good product, good service, good purchase!

1. I Ordered this sunglasses on Dec 8. And got them, Dec 27 over the time they said. So they gave me a refund which i thought was great because i was trying to give this as a Christmas gift. When they came there were in great shape and look GREAT. Even though they did come late, they are still in great shape. I will be be ordering from them again.
