5 comments about Men's Timberland Torrance Double Gore Slip-On.

  1. I recently purchased these boots and I have to say that I have mixed feelings about them.

1.- On one side they are confortable to the feet, although a bit tight on the ankle, especially when you put them in, but I only expect them to strech-out a bit since they are new.

2.- I have used this pair of boots less than 10 times so far, in a regular way, and the heel of the right one already peeled on one side and also it separated from the leather section, which is strange, considering the brand.

Now, I have to say on my behalve that I owned a similar pair of boots made by Bostonian for 8 years and they werer excellent. I bought the Timberlands to change the Bostonian ones and I am disapointed. I am affraid to send them back and get the same quality pair back.

In few words, the design is nice, they are confortable but the quality is not reliable. Be prepare to send them back.

  2. For some reason I have a lot of trouble finding dress shoes that fit well and don't hurt my feet. This is the second pair of these shoes I've bought (the first pair I wore until the soles had holes in them) and I absolutely love them. These shoes are totally waterproof too. I live where there is a lot of ice, snow, slush, and rain and my feet are never wet and rarely cold.

  3. This shoes are really comfortable, however i first ordered the 9 and the were too narrow, the 9W fit better but are a little too wide. Overall great shoes and the seller is responsive.

  4. Great, I loved this Slip-ons as soon as I tried them on, I would recommend them to any men that likes classic style. Perfect. By the way, it was true to size for me.

  5. I'm not the type of guy that buys on the net, then returns items... it's just too much of a pain. But the vendor here made it very easy when my shoes arrived and were too big. The return process was very easy and well done (with email updates, etc).
