5 comments about Uncle Milty Olive Drab Travel Vest, Available in various sizes.
- I bought this vest for my fiance. She is a photo guru and has been in desperate need for a photographer's vest. She loved it. It provides room for everything she needs and then some. Comfortable, great color, and perfect storage. I would highly recommend this product.
- This is a great vest. It has lots of pockets for carrying stuff. The price was the best I could find compared to other vests.
- The medium is perfect for a 5'4" 126 pound female. It allows room to really stuff the pockets. I used it as my carry on for a 15 hour flight and it held everything I needed; snacks, books, tissues, hand wipes etc.
It does get warm as the fabric doesn't breathe so consider this if going to hot climate.
The vest is great to use instead of carrying a day bag while on tour, too.
I recommend it as a useful addition for travel.
- I'm very satisfied with the vest. It's light, have more pockets than I need, and secure. The price is reasonable. I did'nt experience any rain where I went, so I don't know how the vest performs in the rain.
- Great vest - great price! I'm a photographer and I'm usually swallowed up in the traditional photographer's vests which are designed for male photographers. This vest works perfectly for my needs. I can carry my largest lens (70-300mm) easily along with all my other lenses and camera equipment. I put a photo of myself wearing the vest on my Flickr site and I can't believe how many photographers wrote me asking where I bought the vest. As you can see from the photo, I give this vest two thumbs up! Here's the link: http://www.flickr.com/photos/laurieyork/2193282625/

- What a deal for these sweatpants. They are heavy weight with a nice fit. Also they have pockets, which is a nice addition.
- I expect better from Jerzees. I doubt they'll survive more than a few washings. I don't know why it's so hard to find good basic sweats!

- These socks are a bit long. Easy to get that loose sock feeling, unless you adjust it throughout the foot, to keep the stretch to a minimum at each part. They don't keep my feet that dry/cool either, the area right under the toes gets quite warm/moist---whereas my normal run of the mill white goldtoe socks do not do this. I bought these cause I had recently tried some coolmax type socks, that were really thin and kept my feet a lot cooler. Was hoping for the same experience with these.
I would have just given these a rating of three, but actually keeping part of my feet warmer than the generic socks that come in 6 pairs, for a price less than these, at the club_membership style store makes me give it a two.
Thinking I should have just gone with the thinner style socks for bikers.
- These are the best athletic socks I've ever owned. They are incredibly comfortable and keep my feet surprisingly cool when running or cycling. I typically buy socks in bulk from Costco or similar warehouse stores. Not anymore. Good socks are worth spending a few extra dollars for
- These socks are probably the most comfortable socks I have ever worn. They are extremely "squishy" and make it feel like you are walking on foot gels. I wear these as much as possible, they make it in the wash and soon after they are back on. I liked them so much I ordered another 2 pack of them.
- So comfortable and awesome in the summer. Perfect for long days and look good with shorts.
- These are expensive for just socks, but worth the money. I use these in Costa Rica where it is hot and muggy, and my feet are always comfortable and dry with these socks.

5 comments about Timbuk2 Classic Messenger Bag.
- I got my first Timbuk2 (large classic messenger) back in college, and it's about 3 years old now. Still going strong and getting better with age i.e less stiff, more seasoned look and feel. Timbuk2 makes amazing bags in a wide range of designs, and the classic messenger is, in my opinion, the best of the lot.
I own a large sized classic messenger, and it carries everything I need to bring around (lots of junk) and more. The only thing that you have to be careful is not to be too happy tossing stuff in, only to realise that the bag is just wayyyy to heavy to lug around without causing sore shoulders/back. A strap pad is essential if you're carrying anything larger than a medium-sized classic messenger.
These bags are sturdy, practical (very well-designed pockets, slots, keyrings etc) and look good to boot. I've also got a small classic messenger and a large cargo tote that I bought for my mom who complained about her other bags not having enough compartments (typical women's purses) or being too small to hold all her stuff in an organized way.
While Crumpler bags are also an alternative in a similar price range, Timbuk2 bags seem more suited for serious messenger bag users, while Crumpler bags are more like casual, fashion accessories.
All in all, I seriously recommend Timbuk2 bags for their design and durability. Go Timbuk2!
- I have the XS size and I love it. It fits my personal essentials, a bottle of water and a book. It's also light enough that it doesn't strain my shoulder. I can access my things easily by swinging it around vs using a backpack. I just wish it had a pocket on the back of the outside (for mail), a big open pocket on the inside and a handle on the top. The padded strap that came along with it kept sliding around so I took it off. It worked much better for me that way. It retains it's shape with a bottle or a book inside it unlike the bigger models.
- I was very pleased with my purchase. It was exactly what I ordered and wanted. Price was great too.
- I just took this bag out for the first time to a 2 week trip through Brazil and the bag was even better than expected. I bought the medium-sized bag and was able to fit more than I could possibly ever need out and about on the streets. The bag is well-constructed and heavy-duty and shows no use whatsoever after using it for 12+ hours everyday for 2 weeks. The weight distribution works really well and my back never tired even with carry a lot of weight in the bag. If you are looking at buying a bag, I would seriously check out each size, because the medium was even bigger than I anticipated. This bag would be great for any traveler or person on the go.
- I came late to the Timbuk2 brand. I've usually used backpacks for my daily commute. But I got this bag and haven't looked back. I just throw my stuff in it, throw it over my shoulder, secure the waist strap and I'm off. No packing or unpacking.
The bag is made of very sturdy material and the inside is lined with a waterproof liner that keeps everything dry. There is an organizer pocket on the inside of the bag for the small stuff too. The bag stays secure on my back and doesn't swing left or right as long as I secure the waist strap.
It would be the perfect bag if they had some kind of pocket on the outside that held a water bottle or other small item so that you didn't have to open the bag to get to anything. Other than that, it is a really great bag.

2 comments about Dickies Men's Loose Fit Twill Stripe Work Pant.
- As someone else stated, these do run a little small in the waist. Not much, but just a little, definitely not enough to go with a larger size or anything. There's also no give in these pants. They're kind of stiff. And the loose fit part doesn't fit these pants at all. They fit like normal fitting pants. The price is hard to beat and the small cell phone pocket down on the right leg is perfect. I purchased 5 pairs with 40" waist and then lost weight down to a 38" waist. I had to decide which new pants to purchase. I bought 5 more of these. For the price, and quality, they're hard to beat.
- The pants were rather stiff and slightly snug.
They look nice and do the job. For the price I paid $11.
they will do ok.

- I bought these to run my order up for free shipping. The choice was pay $5 for shipping or $7.50 for socks and get free shipping. I thought they were a bit expensive. I used to buy Hue OTC (over the calf) socks but they have stopped making them! When I received these socks and saw the quality I was impressed. They are very comfortable. They are worth the price. I just wish they would bundle them in packs to give a quantity discount, but I will spring for these again...
- I have to wear dress slacks and a tie to work.
These socks cover my calf, don't itch and don't fall down, while not choking my delicate leg circulation.
AND they look good.
- Amazon is the only place I've been able to find these! They are ALL my grandpa wears and according to him, they are AWESOME. :)
- These socks feel great and look great. Not being a fan of men's socks that look opaque, I was concerned that they would be too thin, but I was presently proven wrong once I started wearing them. I took off one star since I think they are priced at least $3 too much.
