5 comments about Dockers? Big & Tall Original Khaki Classic Fit Flat Front Pants.

  1. I have had it with all the overseas made slacks running small that I have ordered on Amazon. This is my third order of slacks. When I bought Dockers a couple years ago, they were Stain Defenders size 36x32 and they still fit me perfectly. This is the third order of of various types of slacks I ordered this year size 36x32 that have not fit properly. These are far smaller than 36x32. If you order a size larger they might fit you, but I don't think it proper that the sizes are off like this in the first place. The three pair I received from Flat-front Classic Fit Original Khaki with Individual Fit(tm) Waistband order were made in the Dominican Republic. One other thing. I just got in some slacks from JC Penney size 36x32 and they fit just fine.

  2. The length and waist are a little shorter/smaller than the same size pants from other manufacturers.

  3. The pants are well made, and good quality. I was disappointed in the Individual Fit Waistband....it hardly gives at all.

  4. The stitching on the left front pocket was defective. I repaired it myself rather than spend the time and effort to return it. I love the style and fit of this these pants but I wish the vendor would do some QC before shipping the item. This doesn't promote repeat business.

  5. Dockers? Flat-front Classic Fit Original Khaki with Individual Fit(tm) Waistband
Ordered thru Macys for husband as work slacks. Pants rec'd were not made of the same soft cotton fabric as ones we had bought in stores previously. Scratchy, stiff and seem to attract lint and hair. One pair had been re-hemmed (very poorly). Very disappointed but had to keep and use because he needed for his job.

5 comments about New Balance Men's MW644 Walking Shoe.

  1. When I first tried them one I was concerned they might be too narrow but after my first couple of miles in them they fit perfectly. The shoes provide a good base of support and the rugged soles do well in dirt and rocks.

A really nice shoe and at the sale price I got these at they were an amazing deal.

  2. These walking shoes are comfortable and at an affordable price. They are also nice looking, and not as hot as some other types of shoes. My husband really likes them.

  3. I HAVE A COUPLE OF OTHER NEW BALANCE SHOES AND WHILE THEY ARE VERY COMFORTABLE, THIS SHOE IS THE BEST I HAVE EVER BOUGHT. MY FEET HURT AFTER WEARING MOST SHOES FOR A WHILE, BUT THESE I WORE ALL DAY AND MY FEET NEVER HURT! IT ALSO FEELS LIKE YOU ARE WALKING ON AIR! WILL BUY THESE AGAIN AFTER THESE GET WORN OUT (BUT MY PAIRS OF NEW BALANCE LAST A LONG TIME!)

  4. My job consists of lots of walking in some of the most remote parts of rural Guatemala. I picked up these shoes a few months ago on a brief trip back to the US and couldn't be more pleased. They're rugged and comfortable; the provide the perfect combination of durability and comfort for a walking shoe designed for conditions more rugged than an urban environment. The thick leather covering makes them ideal for rocks and street dogs that bite at the ankles of passing motorcycles. More than once has one chomped onto my foot and not done any damage to either the shoe or (more importantly) my foot. I plan on purchasing another pair when these ones have to go to the great shoe tree in the sky. Couldn't be happier!

  5. The price was reasonable but it took over a week for the item to arrive. If I didn't have a gift certificate to redeem I would have bought them from a local store for the same price.

5 comments about Vintage Paratrooper Cargo Pants, Washed for a Retro Look and Feel -Chocolate Brown.

  1. These pants are comfortable, well made, and extremely tough. I bought one pair to start, olive drab XL. I have a 37" waist (like most dudes, I wasn't totally sure, so I actually measured), and though these pants are more like a 40" or 42" in that size, the side-straps adjust the waistband perfectly. They fit great, look good with any belt (if you wear a belt, which I do), and having eight pockets (side, butt, lower-thigh, and mid-calf) is a great feature.

A lot of folks complain that the legs are too long. Well, that's kind of the point - see those ties on the bottom of the legs? I have size 13 Wide feet, and I often buy shoes a tad large to accommodate these 'boats' I walk around on. Just follow along here . . . Walking in shoes that are a little too big will pull your socks right down your legs until they're bunched at your heel. Now, you might not have this particular problem, but seriously, isn't it annoying when your socks fall down your legs and end up bunched at your ankles? Well guess what? You pull those cords tight (don't worry, they're stretchy, and you won't cut off circulation or restrict movement), tie them off (double-slip works best) about an inch above your "ankle bone" (whatever that little knob is called), and not only will the legs of the pants NOT fall down around the heel of your shoes (to get stepped on and torn up), but your socks are held in place like magic! Also, if you're camping, landscaping, or just generally hanging out in the wilderness, this prevents bugs and other crawlers from getting up the legs of your pants (a big deal here in NY, the deer-tick problem is always a menace).

This is called "blousing" the pants, and before you guys feel all girly for saying the word 'blouse', relax - they do that in the Army and Marine Corps. Actually, in the Army Survival Manual (FM-21, can be found here on Amazon), one of the instructions for wilderness survival and hygiene is to "blouse" your BDU pants tightly to prevent muck and creatures from getting all over your lower half when you're out in the bush. Remember, BDU stands for Battle Dress, Uniform - these pants are inspired and based on military field-grade wear (hence the camouflage themes).

Anyway, these pants are great for camping, fishing, hiking, mowing the lawn, ATVing, general off-roading, any kind of outdoor work (landscaping, lumberworking), and of course, paintball and other sports. The pockets are extremely useful, and tend to slide around so when you bend your legs to lie down or crouch, you're unlikely to be lying on top of the stuff you're carrying. The zip-fly does feel a little bit small for such tough pants, but I currently have three pairs of these BDU pants (olive, khaki, dark brown - more on the way soon) and have never had the zipper get jammed or stuck on me. The buttons are sewn on securely, and the belt loops are wide to allow for belts of all sizes.

In short, if you like comfortable pants that are both durable and good-looking, if you like having lots of pockets for your stuff, or if you do a lot of work or play out in the yard or out in the sticks, these pants are definitely worth buying. The price is good, the quality is good, and even though I have no experience with returning these pants (since I never would - I like them a lot, if you haven't noticed), most of the other people that left comments either had a very positive or only slightly negative experience with returns/exchanges, I would say they're worth the risk even if you've never thought of buying clothes online. Just remember, the legs are supposed to be a little long, and the waist can be adjusted down about 6" or 7" with the side-straps, so you probably shouldn't worry if they're only a little big.

  2. I have now bought two pairs of pants like these. The ACU looks great. It's slightly faded for that used look. New ACU looks horrible anyway. If you want pants that look light real "army pants" or "paratrooper pants" but don't cost 100 dollars, this is your chance.

I have had my first pair of ultra force pants for over a year now and they still look great, work great, and have been through hell. The only difference between these and real ACU pants is that they lack the rip-stop technology of the real pants. However, I have never been in a combat situation where I needed the rip stop technology (Ha!).

My favorite features of the pants are the sturdy zipper (super important), the pleated pockets are sewn down to be fully functional but still look great, and the adjustable waist band. You just give the adjusters on the left and right a tug and your pants fit perfect.

    Five stars all the way.

  3. I bought these pants for hiking in the woods. Nice and comfortable and and pockets for all the little things you want to have at hand. I would highly recommend them. Bought the woman's version for my wife and we had enough to qualify for the free shipping at Captain Daves. However, hers did not even come close to fitting properly. Yes we measured. So we returned her portion of order. Reordered according to the website instructions. At first, we got charged the whole amount of shipping for our entire order (their price of the "free" shipping to us) And even though we did place a large second order, it didnt matter, they claimed they still had to charge us for shipping on the first order. So a word to the wise, make sure you know what your are getting before you order from Amazon/Captain Dave, as the returns are very expensive.

  4. I had great speedy service and a great product to top it all off. I will for sure be buying from here again.

  5. I love the cargo look. This pants are comfortable and fit nice. I'm going to get another pair!

5 comments about Hanes Classics Men's 6 pack cushion crew Sock, White, 6-12.

  1. Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/RVGFAEKPLXEUP I bought this on sale at a local store with great, low prices.
    They are comfortable.
My friend wants me to get my head shaved so they can split the hundred and fifty dollars. This is at a college.I don't really want to.
If I do,I won't want to do video reviews for awhile.I don't have a nice shaped head to expose like that.

  2. These cushion crew socks by Hanes are very well made and they keep your feet warm. I started to wear these when it's cold at night and I want to sleep with socks on my feet. These crew socks can be worn for athletic activities but they're probably more suited for everyday routine wear.

These crew length socks have a reinforced heel and toe; this makes them last longer and they still feel very comfortable on my feet. The socks only come in white; and that is a disappointment. However, these are relatively affordable yet good quality socks especially if you need white socks!

I would not dry these socks at high temperatures. These socks contain spandex, so high temperature drying would probably result in the socks becoming too loose on your feet. Eventually the fabric could loosen so much that the socks will "bunch up" almost as low as your ankles when you wear them--and that's very uncomfortable. Dry these socks at a lower temperature. Then they will remain just as comfortable as ever.

Overall, you can't go wrong buying these socks. They keep your feet extra warm during colder weather. They are manufactured so well that you definitely get more than your money's worth. Not bad at all!

  3. I always use this brand and they are as great as always!
Don't know why but these socks last and last and the
shipping is unbeleavable, they were here in three days
Try and I know you will always Buy! Marcel

  4. I beat my crew socks up pretty good so cheap low quality socks for me are a waste of money. These are well made socks with quality elastic. The price is right for quality of the product.

  5. I like these socks better than the more expensive ones that I have tried. They are comfortable and stay up on your leg. They are also much cheaper than many of the other socks available on Amazon...

5 comments about Lee Jeans Men's Wrinkle Resistant Relaxed Plain Front Pant.

  1. Amazon is great, I found what I wanted and the pants were shipped. The pants were right and for something I never tried on they fit pretty well.

  2. I got these Khakis on sale for $20 and they compare with others I've had for $40. The side pockets caress my wrists strangely, but nothing falls out, even when I'm hanging from the roof of my cave.

  3. Weighing 300 lb I often have trouble finding slacks that fit comfortably. These Lee slacks do!

  4. These pants are perfect for the casual office environment I work in. They are comfotable, wrinkle resistant and they look good albeit not exactly stylish. I have three pair and at $19.99, I would buy more.

  5. these are a very good product. Wash and dry very well. Casual jean style, but can easily be worn with a blazer, shirt & tie.

  1. I bought my first pair of Reef's over 5 years ago. I loved them. When they finally wore out, I immediately began looking for another pair. They are comfortable, form to your feet, and last years. I will not buy any other brand. In fact, my daughters just received their first pair and loved them just as much as I do. If you are between sizes, do choose a larger size. My daughter wears an 8 in her other shoes, but a 9 fit best.

  2. LOVE reef sandals! Highly recommend them to all feet!

They never rub or create blisters - even on the first wear.
    Fast shipping!
Great range of sizes and styles.

  3. These are the best flip-flops I've ever owned. They're cute and comfortable. I've worn them around Disney World and have walked all day without my feet getting sore or irritated. They have decent arch support and have worn well (I've had them 2 years and will get new ones this summer because the heel is wearing down.) I think they run true-to-size. I will never again bother with cheap flip-flops!

  4. I couldn't wait to try these flip-flops on and now that I have, I am SO GLAD I bought them! They are the most comfortable pair of flip-flops I've ever had!! The part between the toes that normally irritates me with other flip-flops I've worn is actually comfortable! I can't believe it! :) The sizes do run a little small, but I ordered a 9 and I'm an 8 1/2 and they're a perfect fit! :) Awesome, awesome shoes!! :)

  5. I love my Reef sandals. I bought a pair of white and pink and blue ones and liked them so much I got a second pair in black. I am considering getting another pair. I love them.

5 comments about Under Armour Tech Tee Mens.

  1. I love these shirts. I wear them under my uniform and they do help keep you cooler.

  2. I bought the large and was very disappointed with the fit. Very baggy- wears like a regular tshirt so it isn't worth the price at all.

  3. My boys loved the under armour shirts. They were a reward for good behavior at school. It was very convenient for them to be delivered to my door.

  4. I am a huge fan of Under Armour's workout apparel, and in addition to owning several of these Tech T-shirts, also own several each of the Loose Gear shirts (0084) and the Heat Gear compression shirts (0039) - I've written reviews on those as well.

The Tech T-shirt (0382) feels really good on your skin - like your favorite, most comfortable old cotton t-shirt. It looks just like cotton and has a matte finish - it's not shiny/silky like the Loose Gear shirts or Heat Gear compression shirts. It is very soft, comfortable and lightweight, and I love this shirt both for working out and casual wear. The shirt runs true to size (buy your regular T-shirt size and it will fit really well), and is the roomiest cut of the Under Armour shirts. I absolutely LOVE the raglan sleeves on the tech tee - one of the features that makes them so comfortable and gives them a little bit of a unique look.

The tech tee has a small amount of a lycra-like fabric in with the polyester microfiber, which gives it quite a bit of stretch. I like this because the shirt doesn't bind if you're doing something that really requires you to reach or stretch - certain weight exercises, aerobics, yoga, etc. The shirt works the way it's supposed to, and wicks moisture from your skin for rapid evaporation.

The tech tee is available in numerous colors (I have 6 of them) and in spite of the fact that the fabric is thin and very lightweight, the shirts are very opaque. The shirts have a nice cut and look great over jeans or shorts - in addition to the gym, I often wear them out and around, or when working in the yard. They are super comfortable worn as an undershirt too, but are probably a little costly for that. Like all the Under Armour shirts, they have a self-material neck band, but it fits just right and stays in place, even if you get sweaty - it doesn't sag like the cotton ones.

While I have zero complaints about the tech tee, be aware that it is Under Armour's "budget" product, if there is such a thing. The material does start to pill after a few washings - this affects appearance slightly, but not performance or fit. Although I haven't worn out ANY of my Under Armour shirts yet, I'm going to venture that the tech t-shirt won't be quite as durable as their signature Loose Gear shirts and Heat Gear compression shirts, nor does it perform quite as well. On the other hand it, it's about 20% cheaper, so as with anything else, you get what you pay for.

When stacked up against UA's other shirts, I'd say the tech tee is for you if:

    1) You like the look and feel of a soft, cotton t-shirt but want the wicking and performance of a microfiber shirt.

    2) You don't care for the shiny, silky, more synthetic look and feel of the Loose Gear shirts, or the tightness of the Heatgear compression shirt.

    3) You want a shirt that's a little roomier.

    4) You want a shirt with stretch in it.

    5) You want to save a little $$ but still wear an authentic UA logo shirt.

  5. it is great for sports that require high endurance like running and racquetball. It makes a lot of difference as it absorbs sweat and dissipates it a lot better than other t-shirts
