5 comments about Van Heusen Men's Long Sleeve Wrinkle Free Poplin Fitted Solid Shirt.

  1. I have been using another brand for years. I think I may prefer these.

  2. Bought several of these shirts for my tall, slim build husband. He says he doesn't have to use the "airforce tuck" with them. They fit him nicely and look crisp coming right out of the dryer.

  3. The shirts were incorrect type and they were unable to accomodate, money was refunded cheerfully and promptly.

  4. Fantastic! The shirt was on delivered time, brand new in the package and great price. The thank you card was a nice finishing touch and you can't beat the free shipping.

    I'll shop again and again.

Thank you and keep up the great work. It's not everyday you find a great product and great service to go with it.

  5. This is the 5th shirt of this type we've ordered. My husband is very picky about having too much material in his dress shirts when he goes to tuck them in. These fitted shirts are the answer. They also do well in the laundry, coming out with practically no wrinkles!

  1. I've triedem all and these calvins have proved to be the top of the line. Comfort, Quality , Number one!!
I'd recommend getting a size bigger if you're well endowed like myself , because they're kinda snug in the "area".

  2. These are great for lower waist cut jeans that are a slim fit...they won't start to roll up on the bottom of the legs. Perfect for that especially!

  3. I bought these for my boyfriend and he loves them, he says they are very comfortable and then look GREAT on him! He's usually a Medium but I bought him a Large and they still look a little tight, although he still says there extremly comfortable.

  4. Very comfortable (Not too "low rise" to be uncomfortable). Would buy again, but certainly look for a sale price.

5 comments about Speedo Men's Poly Mesh Square Leg Bathing Suit.

  1. After discarding two previously purchased swim trunks due to poor fit and fading color, I purchased these to great satisfaction. They fit well, the color does not fade, and they dry quickly. I highly recommend them.

  2. I am a size 30 in jeans so I thought it would be fine if I ordered a size 30 in these. I had seen other posts recommending to order a sizer bigger but I though: "Nah, that can't be my case."

I got a size 30 and everything fit nicely except for the part above the thighs. It felt really tight, as if it was going to cut off blood flow. I am super fit, swimmer build but I guess my thighs are above average thickness.

I've ordered a size 32 and it was a little tight still but better fit.

You might have to order 1 to 2 sizes bigger depending on the thickness of your legs.

Otherwise, they seem to be a great product. I've tried them out in the pool, no complaints. I feel more comfortable wearing them because they have a looser look due to the mesh. They look great.

  3. Quality appears good but the fit is terrible for the "slim" body-type. As shown in the picture, the front is baggy. They LOOK and FEEL like you are wearing a diaper. Beware, the elastic around the leg is extremely snug relative to other square-style trunks. A fan of the Speedo brand (briefs and trunks), I didn't like the fit of these particular trunks at all.

  4. Get it in your true waist size for a loose, relaxed fit. Relatively thick material and sturdy. Leg openings are tight if you opt for a snug fit by dropping down a waist size.

  5. I'd get another one tomorrow if something happened to the suit I have today. Swimming in trunks feels like swimming with a garbage bag tied around my waist compared to this.

5 comments about Levi's® 569(tm) Loose-Fit Straight-Leg Jeans.

  1. Levi's makes a great pair of loose fitting jeans for big and tall gentlemen who want a slightly more relaxed look to their jeans; and these jeans are a good choice for people like me who are slightly overweight. They just plain give you extra room; and that's great!

The denim is nice and thick; and these jeans are extremely durable. The excellent stitching helps make this possible. In fact, these jeans last for years at a time without any fraying--even at the bottoms of the legs. They are made from cotton and they are permanent press. However, I would wash these jeans with similar colors to avoid any color dye bleeding onto white garments in the wash or dryer cycle.

Overall, these fine jeans by Levi's easily rival any jeans made by other manufacturers. Make sure you choose the right size and color for you if you're using the pricing and availability chart above on this webpage. If you want a pair of loose fitting jeans, this may be just what you're looking for. I doubt that you'll be disappointed.

  2. The pants are great but when ordered 30 jan it was stated they were in stock and would ship out in 3 business days. Well, they arrived yesterday 29 February 2008. Think they should not put in stock unless actually in stock.

  3. I ordered these jeans after I ripped a different pair of Levis carpenter jeans. After about twenty days of use, no rips, and they're fairly comfortable, even if the thread count seems a lot lower. As I'm a fan of many-pocketed carpenter jeans, I miss the small pockets near the knees, but you can't have everything. There's enough room in just the front three pockets for wallet, keys, lighter, cigarettes, 2 pens, and a pack of gum. Not bad - hope they last me a few years.

  4. This is an easy product to review. Basically, while I feel I'm still too young to wear my trousers up under my armpits, I'm equally too old now to wear them down around my thighs - and I'm not exaggerating there; I've seen these dudes with my own eyes. Also, I tried a pair of 501s this summer (apparently, they're all the rage) and they while they were nice and comfortable, they seemed to hug me in inappropriate places. I feel I could wear them but only if I was feeling particularly adventurous.

These jeans though, are just the ticket. They are nice and loose, smart-looking (they go with everything from tuck-in button down shirts to t-shirts to hoodies to sweaters) and I am able to look somewhat trendy with them worn around my hips without looking like I'm trying too hard to look cool, or like mutton dressed as lamb. They are also very resilient. I have three pairs now, including a pair I bought in 2002, one I got on vacation in the summer and the pair I bought here.

If any of this resonates with you, I recommend you pick up a pair or two with dispatch. I was in my local Levi's store a few weeks ago and was told they are going to be discontinued. I was shown the model that will be replacing them (the 7-something, I can't remember the exact number) and I tried on a pair. I didn't like them even half as much as I like these and that's when I decided to get an extra pair online. I cannot recommend them highly enough. These are a great pair of jeans.

  5. These pants are very comfortable, possibly a little baggier in real-life, then in the image. If you wear tight pants, these aren't for you. I would suggest the closer fitting boot fit jeans, which I normally wear, but I'm pleased with these jeans given the quality, comfort, and look. It has a zipper as well, making those trips to the urinal more convenient!

  1. very comfortable, I can walk, garden, and relax in these capri's. I bought one pair, I'm back for two more so I don't have to keep washing the one I have! They are breathable, lightweight, don't ride up, I can wear them on hot days and feel cool.

  2. I bought these pants mainly for walking. Very comfortable - very lightweight - excellent price!

  3. These are perfect for the gym. Soft, smooth, especially lightweight, cool, yet cover a lot of imperfections that you don't want showing to everyone at a public gym. I really really like these and I plan to continue using these for years to come.

  1. After I received these, I liked them so much, I bought another pair in a different color. They are the most comfortable sneakers I have ever owned, and they look great. I highly recommend!!!

  2. These shoes are great! And for the price you really can't beat a quality pair of basketball shoes.

  3. Shoes are very comfortable. When first putting them on, it felt like they were bulky and that my feet would slide around inside of them while I played. Once I started playing they seemed to hug my feet very well. They weren't too bulky or heavy and were very comfortable. Overall I am very happy with them and very very happy about the build quality for the price. Would definitely recommend.

  4. I saw this shoes on the web and it costs like 100 bucks. But I got this one for 1/3 of the price. The shoes is so comfy, very recommended.

  5. It's not common to find endorsed shoes for under 50$ -- and I have also found these to be much better than any other shoe I've gotten before in this price range. Surprisingly, after putting on these D. Wades and getting into a pickup game, I did not start driving to the basket, jumping into people and calling foul on every possession. So while you may not get to relive the 2006 NBA finals, you will enjoy firm heel stabilization, comfortable lining, niiiice shock absorption, and moderate ankle support. Not aesthetically pleasing but more than functional as a game shoe (for a lot of 'basketball' shoes these days it seems the reverse is true). Reccomended!

5 comments about Men's Mossimo Gopher Sport Sandals - Tan.

  1. I purchased these for my son in the size he normally wears and they were WAY TOO SMALL. I wear a ladies' size 9 and these men's sandals in a size 9 fit me!! Another reviewer said he found that they run big...I don't get that.

We have three pairs of these shoes in our family (2 pairs for my teenage sons and one for my teenage daughter who likes them). They are great! Terrific value for the money. These are comfortable and look nice.

  2. So, after reading the positive reviews of these sandals by others, it seemed like a good gamble to order a pair. It was. I can't believe how well made and comfortable these sandals are. I really appreciate the 3 adustable straps that make them fit snuggly. I normally wear arch supports in my shoes that a podiatrist made up for me, but I can get away with not wearing them because these things fit so well.

  3. This sandal sits up higher than my last pair which was the greatest drawback of my last pair. I kept getting dirt and rocks in it, so this one's much better. The straps keep it well secured, and the cushioning has a peach finish to it so it's pretty comfortable. For the price, I doubt you'd do better. Can't speak for the durability of this since I've only had it for a few weeks and I don't really use it that often.

  4. I ordered these as a cheap, temporary replacement for a pair of Nike Air Pegasus sandals I have had for about 15 years that are due some maintenance (mainly re-gluing). I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort, although they seem to run a little big (I ordered a 10 and should have gone with a 9 1/2). I am in Iraq and utilize 'community' shower facilities, where I see guys sliding around all over the place in their shower shoes, but these maintain very good traction on wet surfaces. I have actually considered just tossing the Nikes, which were the best shoe I have EVER purchased. Unfortunately, I can't find a new pair like them. For the money, you can't go wrong with these Mossimo sandals. They look great and are very comfortable. If these last 15 years like the Nikes, I'll come back and give them a 5th star.

  5. Men's Mossimo Gopher Sport Sandals - Tan

I am very well satisfied with my sandals. Because I have very painful feet I cannot wear shoes. And these sandals work very well. Thank you.

5 comments about Dawson and Brooks Men's Yarn Dyed Pique Polo.

  1. I got a couple of these shirts, and they were just what I wanted...My review title says it all...what's not to like? ;-)

  2. Decent shirt. I think I bought it to pad my order for free shipping. I usually just buy clothes at Goodwill (thrift stores), but the price was right. It's tagless, which I like. Was shipped and arrived promptly.

  3. I wear cotton polos exclusivly and this shirt fits the bill. One caution, if you are on the cusp as to what size to order go larger. I am a medium for 80% or more of the shirts I buy and in this brand I need a large.

  4. The quality of this shirt is poor, I buy one and that comes unfinished. The price es low, but the material and confection are so bad.

  5. Nice color and stitching, no shrinkage when washed and dryed at all, no color fade. Really nice value for the price, awesome buy. I purchase a few of these Dawson and Brooks Polo's and I am very happy with the value they afforded.

1 comments about ASICS® Men's Gel-Nimbus 10.

  1. Well. after much reasearch and consideration I finally decided to go with the Asics Gel Nimbus. I have to say, I was very, very pleased with this purchase. Here's why... I started exercising and running at 259Lbs...yes, I'm a, or should I say "was" a much bigger man. I used Nike's for years and was relatively happy with them, however, with the extra weight I found that days after I would have terrible shin splints, so, like many of us, I found out that it could be a range of things, at the end of the day, trial and error, it was mu shoes and they did not have enough support and cushioning for my excess "junk".

The Nimbus have everything that I needed, as I put them on, I could tell the difference, the support was fantastic, the shoe fit like a glove all around the foot and it gives you a little extra bounce. So, I went running! now 3 weeks later, the shin splints are almost gone and I have improved my time around the Savannah (I live in Trinidad - 3.52km or 2.18 miles around)tremendously. The shoe is comfortable and I did not find you had any "breaking in" to do like some shoes.

Any person, heavy or not or those who have heavy feet would do well to get a pair of these, it's like walking on clouds (no pun intended) They also have a wide pronation range so can suit many types of runners from unders to overs.

I hope this review helps you make a decision. You can't go wrong with these.

5 comments about Speedo Men's Surfwalker 2 Water Shoe.

  1. I bought these surfwalkers to use while I am wade fishing. They are ok except for one thing.
The inside cushions are not adhered to the bottom hence they move around inside under my feet. I took them out but walking on the uncovered rubber bottom is a bit uncomfortable.

  2. Shoe does well in the pool, however the innersole and the
innersole-covering separate from the rest of the shoe. I had to glue both after a short period. There may be a better pool shoe available, however these appeared to be a good dollar value.

  3. After a couple weeks of using these for walking in the pool the bottom tread was wearing off. I would not reccomend these shoes.

  4. These shoes have a nice thick sole (much more so than 'cheap' water shoes I've purchased in the past) and pretty good traction. Run a little bit big, but great product overall!

  5. I sater walk everyday, then are comfortable and don't come off my feet. I recommend these shoes.
