1. I bought four of these to wear at the gym and got them for a cheap price. With every Carhartt product I've owned their durability was excellent. They last forever. I like the shirts for this reason and also because of the front pocket which comes in handy. Further, the colors have not faded despite their being washed several times.



2. These are what you would expect from a Carhartt product. Thick, heavy, high quality T-shirt. Not much else to say about them... I have owned Carhartt T-shirts and Henleys for quite some time now and they hold up well in the wash and shrinkage is minimal.

   Note: All of the Carhartt T-shirts and Henley's run on the large size of their sizes. For example, a 2-XL is comparable to most other 3-XL T-shirts, so consider this when you order them.



3. My husband wears these and works in construction. They hold up great for the wear and tear he puts on his clothing. Colors don't fade even after 100+ washes. Anyone who works outside of an office enviroment I would recommend this for.

5 comments about Gold Toe Men's Metropolitan Dress Sock, 3-Pack.

1. The title of this says "3-pack". Then, the description says "three pairs to a pack". I was expecting to get what is advertised: 9 pairs of socks. Since I cannot wear the socks until this is resolved, I cannot comment on the socks. I can only say that they are falsely advertised and because of that, I have to waste my time arguing with people over the phone over $15 socks.



2. Sadly for me, these socks are not availble for sale in my Country.
   Thank goodness for internet shopping! For some reason nylon socks get a bad press at times and lots of people talk of their increased capacity to make your feet sweat and indeed smell! I don't find that, these socks fit well, stay in place; because let's face it you don't want to be yanking the darn things up all day! They are light and cool in Summer and warm in Winter. And forgive me for this frankness but if they do get over sweaty, five minutes with your shoes off and they dry out unlike cotton socks which get wet and stay wet! More to the point no one starts fainting or throwing up! They also look smart, feel good and last in terms of durability and colour staying power. Also the longer fit tends to mean you stop suffering from that awful, crew sock bald patch on your legs, a peril of modern man!
   I am so gald to have found them and would not go back now I have!

   Confortable and cool too the feet.



4. The Metropolitan socks are thin and fairly comfy, but they sag on the calves very easily. I pulled them up all the way and wore them for about 3 minutes walking down the street. They were already sagging down to my ankles! They are not tight at all.
   
   I'm 5'8" and bought the "one size" sock. I'm in good shape and my calves are neither fat or sculpted.
   
   For $15/3-pair, I might as well have gotten a $5 3-pack of saggy dress socks at Walgreens.



5. These are great dress socks, but if you're looking for gray these are definitely not the ones to choose. They are more black than charcoal gray. In fact, I bought these in both black and charcoal, and after washing them it is very difficult to pair them properly. You will need one of those sock separator bags to prevent mismatching.

1. I really like this shirt. It's become my new favorite and I assume that it will be one of those that gets the color washed out of it and ends nothing more than a rag, but still gets worn.
   Where ever I go I get comments. "Hey, Dutch Harbor, ya ever been there?"; "Hey, ya watch that crazy crab show?"; "Hey, ya'll like Sig or Phil best?". Good product - well made - fun to wear.....bg

5 comments about New Balance Men's MW926 Walking Shoe.

1. The MW926 is a tough,well made shoe with excellent support for my difficult, very wide diabetic feet. In fact, my podiatrist recommended NB shoes instead of the Medicare covered shoes he carries (I'm over 65). I can imagine that there would be a large market of heavy walkers, like postal employees, who would love this shoe.
   So what's not to like? Well, in Texas heat the shoes are very HOT; ventilation is poor in these shoes and the inserts tend to stick to one's socks. Consequently I only wear them when working out at air conditioned facilities. If you don't mind hot feet, these are great shoes.



2. New Balance has consistent sizes, so I don't worry about buying online. These are nice shoes; I walked to work the day after they arrived with no discomfort at all.



3. I have begun to shop for shoes at amazon since my local stores seem to always sell out of common sizes and I can only find size 7 or size 14 of anything I'd want to buy.
   
   These shoes are at the top end of what I would normally pay for shoes but they are among the most comfortable new balances I have owned. I have been buying new balance for a while because they fit well. Different manufacturers always seem to fit a little different from each other but my experience with NB is they are consistent from one shoe to the next.
   
   I've been using these shoes for about a month. There wasn't hardly any break in period and they've held up quite well and still look almost new.
   
   The arch support is excellent and I get good traction even on wet industrial surfaces which is sometimes a problem with similar shoes.
   
   I don't believe too much in the marketing hype and "features". The shoe has words like "Abzorber" and "rollbar" and the like. Meh: It's a pair of shoes! They look like the picture. They're comfortable.



4. This is a great walking shoe for those of us who over pronate. They are not the best looking shoes, but if your feet, ankles, knees, hips hurt when you walk, try these out, and get back on the road.

1. This was one of my birthday gifts.
   I prefer the V-neck because I can open the top buttons of my shirts without revealing an under shirt underneath.
   I love these 5 packs.
   They are as soft as my flannel pillowcases.There's enough length to tuck in my pants and stay nice and flat,wrinkle free so they stay neat.
   I love wearing them and I recommend them to anyone who wants to feel nice and fresh and comfy.



2. I am not happy with the quality of the t-shirts. I won't have bought theseif I had touched and felt them at a real store. They are really coarse, bit soft cotton.
   
   I actually fell for the 2-for-1 kind of promotion and bought 4 packs for the price of 2 thinking they will last me long. But I am sorry to state that I will be returning them right away t oAmazon :(
   
   I am very sad...



3. The t-shirts are very scrathcy and poor cotton. I expected some shrinkage, but wow they barely fit now. Length is way too short now. They are very thin as well.



4. The Fruit of the Loom V-neck T-shirts are the best! They fit comfortably and are 100% cotton.

1. This is a comfortable shoe for a large runner/walker. You need to buy a 1/2 size up.



2. I have been a New Balance shoe wearer for about 6 years now. I have loved every pair I have had. I bought these and they felt great on my feet. Unfortunatly, I got a fluke bad pair of shoes and the stiching that holds the shoe lace eyelets in place came free the second time I wore them. Amazon was great about taking the faulty item back though.



3. New Balance Men's MR1223 Running ShoeThese shoes are super soft and mold to your foot like a glove. they are made with a very light material and the mesh is very breathable. These are the best shoes I have ever own. The only thing i would of changed is the color. I bought the red and white which are nice but I would of preferred blue and white.



4. A couple of years ago I had my running analyzed at a local shoe store to find the right shoe for my running style. Prior to this, I was buying running shoes based on how they looked. Little did I know that each person's foot strike would dictate the type of shoe they need. My Nike's were giving me shin splints and ankle.
   
   The running shoe store found that I over-pronated and that I needed shoes for stability on the inner part of my feet. They recommended the New Balance 1221. After putting those shoes through many miles, I was ecstatic to see the newer model of the 1221 on Amazon as the New Balance MR1223. These shoes not only look great but they also feel great on my feet.
   
   If you're planning on high mileage running on these shoes, I've been recommended to buy a size to a size and half bigger because feet swell when you run.



5. Great pair of running shoes, superb cushioning, and built to perform. As usual, New Balance quality is superior.
