2. Product was not received on time due to a problem w/the U.S. post office and a new home address. Shipper was very understanding and helpful about resending the product which was then received exactly as promised. Highly recommend this company/shipper -- they were extremely helpful even though the problem occured during the busy Christmas season.



3. I like the service and product. The company is considerate enough to put on a size chart for people who are confused about which size of gloves to pick from online stores. This becomes very handy. The glove itself is soft and warm. It will be an ideal gift for my dad's birthday in June, although he won't be wearing it until this winter. :)



4. I bought these for my Dad and they are lovely and warm and he really seemed to apreciate them a lot.

1. Leather is soft, but sturdy, good stitching, good fit. No lining gives you the dexterity to pick up smaller things easily while still wearing the gloves. Not great after it gets down to about 10 degrees, but to that point they keep your hands nice and warm. Snaps at the wrist are a good touch.
